A global phone manufacturer is looking for a third party (or multiple third parties) to purchase returned Android-based smartphone inventory. Condition of inventory will be a mix of unopened kits (new phone + power adapter + manual), used but working phones with and without kits (remorse returns), and nonworking phones (warranty exchanges). Please provide the following (limit to 5 pages): 1. Company background 2. Analysis may include: simple pass/fail gauge, measurement of circuit input/output parameters, and identification of suspect/failed components. Solution will be a turn-key operation, OEM will provide test profiles, test equipment, and all other technical documentation to perform analysis. Annual quantity of product that will be analyzed is in 250K range.
