Amsterdam 2005 Keynote Address

Keynote speaker Jose Garcia, Director of WW Service Xbox for Microsoft Corporation, opened RLTS Amsterdam 2005 with his presentation on "Major Challenges Facing Reverse Logsitics."

Jose shared Xbox's world class after-sales experience processes and discussed how other OEMs can have "consistent global customer service experiences" and how their 3PSPs can provide it.   Download

Amsterdam Doubles Attendance!

Amsterdam's second annual Reverse Logistics Trade Shows Conference and Expo was held on June 27-29, 2005. Attendance doubled from the previous year with 220 registered attendees participating. OEMs, ODMs, Branded Companies, Retailers, 3PLs and 3PSPs gathered from across the globe to share best practices, discuss industry issues and strategize on how to make the industry stronger. Companies in attendance included IBM Netherlands, Nokia, TNT Logistics, PalmOne, Cisco, Celestica, Polaroid and Sykes Global Services. Click HERE for the list of companies represented.

Over 25 Exhibitor and Sponsor companies provided attendees with an opportunity to make essential business contacts with current and potential key business partners.
